Visited Dallas with my husband to see family and had the most perfect gelato from here on our last night in town. My brother and sister-in-law made it a point to bring us here, as they live in the area and love this spot! You can get two flavors in a kid’s cup which is awesome! It’s just the right amount! Their flavors are also super unique- I really enjoyed the Mascarpone and Figs. Next time we visit, we would love to return!

The ambiance is trendy and cool. The desserts tasted heavenly and the staff was friendly. I'm glad they stay open late because I got a craving for something sweet after dinner and we found this place open after 9pm! We got 2 coffee americano and a raspberry cheesecake which was sooo creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. I also had a raspberry chocolate heart with a pistachio cream and tasted sooo delicious I will definitely be coming back for the gelato. I had a taste of the mexican cinnamon gelato and it tasted like a very cinnamon horchata. It was really good!

Botolino is hands down my favorite gelato spot in Dallas! Every visit is an amazing experience. The gelato is incredibly creamy, fresh, and full of authentic flavor. My absolute favorite is the Affogato, and I always pair it with the Mascarpone & Figs gelato—it’s the perfect combination! The rich espresso with the smooth, slightly sweet gelato is simply unforgettable. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the quality is consistently outstanding. If you're looking for authentic Italian gelato, this is the place to go. I can't recommend it enough!

The gelato here is pretty darn good! The part that I feel this place does exceptionally well is the texture of the gelato. It is consistently creamy and BUTTERY smooth which already puts it a step above most other gelato spots. The flavors can be a hit or miss, but without a doubt you can find a few flavors to your liking. To me, the hazelnut and marscapone + figs flavors both stood out to me. The place is cute and the pricing is extremely fair! Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Botolino Gelato Artigianale absolutely knocked it out of the park for my birthday! I ordered my birthday cake from them, and it was beyond amazing. Not only was it beautiful, but it tasted incredible. Every person at the party kept asking where I got it because it was that good. Of course, I couldn’t leave without getting some gelato, and it was just as impressive. Rich, creamy, full of flavor, and clearly made with quality ingredients. You can tell they put a lot of care into everything they make. It’s hard to find a place that delivers both amazing desserts and amazing customer service, but Botolino does exactly that. They helped make my birthday extra special, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious cake, authentic gelato, or just a sweet treat. You won’t be disappointed!
